Donza provides a family administration service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Pro Subscription

Donza offers a "Pro" tier for a monthly fee. Fees are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Limitations of Liability

Donza is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to process school communications accurately, we are not responsible for any missed deadlines or errors in data extraction.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
